Mental Health Case Manager: This position is offering a $1,500 hiring bonus! This Case Manager provides Rule 79 Case Management services to adults with mental illness, with an utter commitment to help them live successfully. This position also assists adults with serious mental illness in pursuing the outcome of improved or maintained mental health functioning.

Manager, Support Services and Grants:  This Manager will oversee and manage several grants to include data collection and required reporting. This also entails supervising a dynamic team of grant personnel. The Manager will ensure that all individuals will be provided collaborative and collateral care while in treatment.

Director, Quality and Compliance: The Director, Quality and Compliance will lead the teams and efforts at Avivo to maximize the use and impact of technology and streamlined processes to ensure compliance standards are met and reporting through metrics and data-driven decisions. This Director will have oversight of the management of Avivo’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) System and all reporting and compliance processes that use this system. The Director will implement all necessary actions to ensure an effective compliance program is an integral and successful part of Avivo.
